According to the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness’s Vision Atlas, 295 million people live with moderate to severe visual impairment. Most people aren’t aware of the number of people affected by visual impairment. If you are reading this, it’ll shock you to know that at least 295 million people in the world go through their days having to overcome the obstacles that visual impairment brings. But, even though they have these obstacles, that doesn’t mean they can achieve their goals and be part of the workforce.
