Kelly Williams specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties throughout Indiana. He also represents tenants/buyers in site searches to either purchase or lease commercial space, as well as negotiating existing lease terms for renewals and expansions. He has now participated in more than 450 transactions representing institutional owners, tenants, and single-occupant building owners. Kelly performed over 150 transactions for Wal-Mart in 2010 alone to assist in their store redevelopment nationally.
Kelly has been working in Commercial Real Estate since 2002.
